By visiting hexroast.com or any associated subdomain, including the companion blog at hexroastlogs.blogspot.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and customers. Some sections (orders, refunds) only apply once the store launches.

You may read, share, and link to HexRoast content for personal, non-commercial use. We ask that you not:
- Republish full articles on other websites without permission. Excerpting and linking is fine and encouraged.
- Scrape the site at high volume in ways that affect other readers' experience.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data.
- Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with HexRoast.

All content on HexRoast — articles, photographs, illustrations, code samples, design system elements, brand marks — is owned by HexRoast or licensed for our use. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original.
The HexRoast brand name, logo, and the "Coffee, in hex." tagline are property of HexRoast. You may not use them in ways that suggest endorsement of your own products or services.

By subscribing to the roastlog newsletter or joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving email from HexRoast about HexRoast-related topics: new posts, product launches, and occasional behind-the-scenes updates. We do not share your email address with third parties.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by replying with "unsubscribe."
/ 05Products and orders (when applicable)
The HexRoast online store is launching in 2026. The following sections apply once orders can be placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any lawful reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we issue a full refund.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout.
// 05.3Shipping
We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
// 05.4Returns and refunds
Coffee is a perishable product. We accept returns of unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery. We replace damaged or defective items at our cost. To request a return, contact hello@hexroast.com within the return window.
/ 06Disclaimers
HexRoast content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to make our writing accurate, we cannot guarantee that every brewing recommendation, gear review, or technical claim is correct for every situation. Coffee preferences are personal. Use your own judgment.
Specifically, nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Caffeine affects people differently. If you have health conditions that interact with caffeine consumption, consult a healthcare professional rather than a coffee blog.
/ 07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexRoast and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
